Procurement requirements
Most agencies require W-9, vendor registration, sometimes prevailing-wage documentation, and a signed master services agreement. We have all of it ready and can typically complete a vendor onboarding inside 2–3 weeks even with the slowest procurement workflows.
Insurance and bonding
We carry $2M general liability and $1M auto coverage. For larger contracts we add additional insureds (the agency, the property owner, the GC of record) at no extra cost. Bonding is available on request for contracts that require it.
Scheduled maintenance contracts
Most municipal solar cleaning runs on annual or biannual contracts with quarterly inspection options. Pricing is set per visit and locked for the contract term, with optional escalation tied to CPI for multi-year agreements.
