Commercial Solar Maintenance

Commercial Solar Cleaning, With Pricing You Can Actually Understand

Our pricing is simple. Commercial solar cleaning starts at $1,000 per building. Standard systems include up to 100 panels, with additional panels starting at just $6 each. Your final price depends on the actual property type and safety requirements.

Starting at
$1,000/ building
  • Up to 100 panels included
  • Additional panels start at $6/panel
  • Annual service is the baseline rate

Starting pricing applies to standard-access commercial systems. More complex properties may require additional labor, equipment, access planning, or safety measures.

How Much Does Commercial Solar Cleaning Cost?

For a standard-access commercial building, our annual service starts at $1,000 and includes up to 100 panels per building. Additional panels start at $6 each.

That's a starting point, not a guaranteed quote.

Commercial properties can have dramatically different labor and logistics requirements even when they have the same number of panels. Two 300-panel properties can be very different jobs once you factor in roof access, water, building count, and safety requirements.

Why Isn't Every Commercial Property Priced the Same?

Panel count is only one part of the job.

Panel Access

Roof height, elevations, ladder moves, access points, steep roofs, and difficult panel access can increase labor and safety requirements.

Water Access

The location and availability of water can affect setup time, hose runs, equipment requirements, and overall labor. Properties without convenient water access may require additional water logistics.

Equipment Requirements

Some properties call for boom lifts, robotic cleaning equipment, drone-assisted solutions, extra-tall ladders, or other specialized roof-access equipment. These requirements can increase project complexity and pricing.

Some Properties Require More Than Standard Access

Commercial solar systems are not all built the same. Some properties require specialized access methods, equipment, additional labor, or enhanced safety measures.

Boom lifts
Robotics
Drone-assisted access
Extra-tall ladders
Difficult roof access
Carports
Multi-level structures
Complex multi-building layouts

Properties requiring additional equipment, access methods, labor, or safety measures may receive a higher site-specific quote. These aren't hidden fees, they're real differences in the scope of the work.

More Panels Can Mean Better Per-Panel Pricing

Larger commercial systems can create efficiencies because a crew can clean many panels during the same setup and mobilization period.

Large, straightforward systems may qualify for better effective per-panel pricing, so the $6 starting rate isn't necessarily the final marginal rate on a very large project.

Managing Multiple Buildings or Properties?

We can evaluate the entire property or portfolio and build pricing around the total scope of work rather than treating every building like a separate residential job.

We work with property managers, asset managers, facility managers, commercial property owners, HOA and community managers, and property management companies across San Diego County.

Portfolio pricing accounts for
  • Total panel count
  • Number of buildings
  • Building layout
  • Water access
  • Roof access
  • Equipment requirements
  • Cleaning frequency
  • Overall project logistics
